A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Duplin County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy policy controls what it receives and retains.

If a person emails or sends a contact message, the message and contact details are kept so a reply can be made. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or a legitimate safety need.
